Informamos que no dia 4/11, das 4h às 8h da manhã (horário de Brasília), haverá manutenção programada nos sistemas web do IX.br. A ação prepara a base de dados do sistema de tickets para a implementação futura da nova interface. Durante esse período, os sistemas de tickets, pagamentos e quarentenas ficarão indisponíveis.

A matriz de troca de tráfego (IX.br) não será afetada.

Dear IX.br users,

We inform you that on November 4th, from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (BRT), there will be scheduled maintenance on IX.br web systems. This work prepares the ticket system database for the future implementation of a new interface. During this period, the ticket, payment, and quarantine systems will be unavailable.

The IX.br traffic exchange fabric will not be affected.

12/05/2022 - Manutenção emergencial no Route Server 2 do Rio de Janeiro / 05-12-2022- Rio de Janeiro Route Server 2 emergency maintenance, agendada há 3 anos

Prezados participantes dos IX.br do Rio de Janeiro/RJ,

No dia 12/05/2022(amanhã) às 10:00 da manhã o route server 2 estará em manutenção e haverá instabilidade na sessão BGP com ele. Durante este período o route server 1 continuará operando normalmente e com isso não ocorrerá interrupção de tráfego.

O tempo previsto para esta manutenção é de 15 minutos.

On 05/12/2022(Tomorrow) at 10:00AM(UTC-3), the route server 2 will be in maintenance, so there will be instability in the BGP session with it. During this period the route server 1 will continue operating normally, so there will be no interruption of traffic.
