Durante essa janela poderão ocorrer curtas interrupções no serviço de encaminhamento de tráfego dos participantes conectados a esse PIX.

Não há previsão de impacto aos participantes conectados nos demais PIX do IX.br de São Paulo.

IX.br - Manutenção do Route Server 1(Apenas IPv6) de São Paulo / Sao Paulo Route Server 1(only IPv6) maintenance

No dia 21/05/2024 das 7:00 às 11:00(UTC-3) o route server 1 (IPv6: 2001:12f8::253) será atualizado e haverá instabilidade nas sessões BGP com ele. Durante este período o route server 2 continuará operando normalmente e com isso não ocorrerá interrupção de tráfego.

On 05-21-2024 from 7:00 to 11:00(UTC-3), the route server 1 (IPv6: 2001:12f8::253) will be updated, so there will be instability in the BGP sessions with it. During this period, route server 2 will continue operating normally, so there will be no interruption of traffic.

NIC.br/IX.br(PTT.br) - Fortaleza(CE) - Reestruturação da Infraestrutura / Infrastructure Restructuring – 22/09/2020 to 01/10/2020, agendada há 3 anos

Caros Participantes do IX.br (PTT.br) de Fortaleza,

Entre os dias 22/09/2020 a 01/10/2020 a equipe de infraestrutura do IX.br irá realizar uma série de atividades para a reestruturação da localidade, que passará a operar com novos equipamentos de rede e transporte óptico baseados em múltiplos canais de 100G. Isso permitirá a manutenção do crescimento tanto do tráfego quanto do atendimento de solicitações de interfaces de 100G.

Dado o volume de trabalho e ser realizado nestas duas semanas, mais os cuidados e restrições advindos da pandemia que temos enfrentado, não será possível fazermos todas as atividades críticas em janelas de manutenção durante a madrugada, como de costume. Mas fiquem tranquilos, pois não há previsão de longas indisponibilidades, apenas curtas e pontuais nos PIXs que estiverem sendo ampliados no dia.

Caso sejam detectados problemas na operação de suas redes, os mesmos devem ser reportados através da abertura de chamados de Suporte Técnico no portal do participante do IX.br (meu.ix.br). Estaremos monitorando os chamados de Fortaleza com maior prioridade neste período.

Este é um passo necessário para confirmar o IX.br de Fortaleza como sendo um dos principais Pontos de Troca de Tráfego Internet e Fortaleza como um ponto de presença de conteúdo no Brasil.

Dear Fortaleza IX.br (PTT.br) Participants,

Between 9/22/2020 to 10/1/2020 the IX.br infrastructure team will carry out a series of activities for the restructuring of the locality, which will start to operate with new network and optical transport equipment based on multiple channels of 100G. This will allow the growth of traffic and requests for 100G interfaces.

Given the volume of work and to be carried out in these two weeks, plus the care and restrictions arising from the pandemic that we have faced, it will not be possible to do all the critical activities in maintenance windows during the night, as usual. But rest assured, as there is no forecast of long outages, only short and punctual in the PIXs that are being expanded on the day.

If problems are detected in the operation of your networks, they should be reported through the opening of Technical Support tickets on the IX.br participant's portal (my.ix.br). We will be monitoring Fortaleza calls with higher priority in this period.

This is a necessary step to confirm IX.br in Fortaleza as one of the main Internet Exchange Points and Fortaleza as a point of presence of content in Brazil.
