Prezados participantes do IX.br do Rio de Janeiro/RJ,

No dia 10/11/2025 das 7:00 às 10:00(UTC-3) o antigo route server 1 (IPv4: 45.6.52.253) será desativado e as sessões IPv6 dele serão migradas para o novo route server 1(IPv4: 45.68.80.254 e IPv6: 2001:12f8:0:2::52:254). Durante esta manutenção o route server 2 continuará operando normalmente e com isso não ocorrerá interrupção de tráfego.

On November 10, 2025, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM (UTC-3), the old route server 1 (IPv4: 45.6.52.253) will be deactivated, and its IPv6 sessions will be migrated to the new route server 1 (IPv4: 45.68.80.254 and IPv6: 2001:12f8:0:2::52:254). During this maintenance, route server 2 will continue to operate normally, and therefore there will be no traffic interruption.

Atualização e nova manutenção nos sistemas web / Update and new maintenance on web systems – 11/11, das 4h às 8h

Prezados(as) usuários(as) do IX.br, (English below)

Informamos que no dia 11/11, das 4h às 8h (horário de Brasília), haverá nova manutenção programada nos sistemas web do IX.br. Nessa janela:

  • O sistema de autenticação dos sistemas web do IX.br e do OpenCDN será substituído;
  • A nova interface do meu.ix.br entrará em produção.

Após a migração em 11/11, todos os usuários precisarão cadastrar uma nova senha para acessar o meu.ix.br.

A manutenção não afetará a matriz de troca de tráfego do IX.br.

Dear IX.br users,

We inform you that on November 11th, from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (BRT), there will be scheduled maintenance on the IX.br web systems. During this window:

  • The authentication system for IX.br and OpenCDN web systems will be replaced;
  • The new meu.ix.br interface will go live.

After the migration, all users will need to set a new password to access my.ix.br.

This maintenance will not affect the IX.br traffic exchange fabric.

No dia 11/11/2025 das 7:00 às 10:00(UTC-3) o route server 1 (IPv4: 187.16.216.253 e IPv6: 2001:12f8::253) estará em manutenção e haverá instabilidade nas sessões BGP com ele. Durante esta manutenção o route server 2 continuará operando normalmente e com isso não ocorrerá interrupção de tráfego.

Dear Participants of São Paulo/SP IX.br,

On 11-11-2025 from 7:00am to 10:00am(UTC-3), the route server 1 (IPv4: 187.16.216.253 and IPv6: 2001:12f8::253) will be on maintenance, so there will be instability in the BGP sessions with it. During this period, route server 2 will continue operating normally, so there will be no interruption of traffic.

Freezing operacional durante a Black Friday / Freezing during Black Friday, agendada há 4 anos

Na próxima sexta-feira, 27/11/2020, teremos a Black Friday, o dia mais importante do ano para o comércio eletrônico. Como forma de contribuir para termos a maior estabilidade possível nos Pontos de Troca de Tráfego do IX.br, faremos um congelamento operacional, também conhecido como freezing, entre os dias 26/11/2020 09:00 UTC-3 e 30/11/2020 08:00 UTC-3, sem manutenções ou configurações nas 33 localidades do IX.br.

Assim, nestes dias as atividades da ativação de participantes ficarão suspensas, retornando no dia 30/11. O NOC, a Engenharia e o Suporte Técnico funcionaram normalmente, de forma a manter a operação das redes. Chamados emergenciais, envolvendo por exemplo a troca de endereço MAC, serão tratados normalmente.

The NOC, Engineering and Technical Support will work normally in order to maintain the operation of the networks. Emergency tickets, for example involving the change of MAC address, will be handled normally.
